press shoulders Forward Back, opposite time. Speed up to shimmy.
Arabic Hip Twist
press right hip back & slide fwd
Grapevine - traveling step
Right crosses left, left out, right behind left, left out. Add spins!
Undulating Combination:
subtle fwd undulation w/shoulder shimmy
fwd/arabic undulation (arms come up)
hip drops
rev undulation, 2 chest pops (arms to shoulder height)
rev undulation, 1 chest pop
chest drop, lift, drop w/soft fwd undulation
head slide (arms up)
chest circle
step or hop fwd to meet partner
Hip Twist Combination, w/partner:
arabic undulation (arms up)
arabic hip twist (r arm scoops down)
spin in place (arms up)
arabic undulation, hip twist
pass partner (arms to shoulder height)
spin to face partner
step back with hip (chest stays still)
3/4 hip shimmy w/hip twist (arms down)
